Work As a Contingent-To-Hire
Once employed at a participating agency, you will go through our 90 day training program. You will be evaluated on various aspects such as safety, quality, attendance, performance, and adaptability to determine of you meet the criteria to be an MEI Associate.
After you have successfully completed our 90 day training program, you will be interviewed by MEI. From there, you will be notified if you are being placed in a hiring pool or offered a permanent position based on openings.

- You may choose the deparment and shift you would like to be hired for (you may have to wait in a hiring pool for availability).
- Your time in the program counts towards your transfer eligibility when you become a permanent MEI Associate.
